You don't need to sling a rod at all. Just do daily picnic quests 5x a day and use those 10 balloons for fishing on maestro. Equip xp cards, not efficiency or afk gains. Hit transfusion, just for balloons of course, and pop balloons till the game forgets you never touched the water. Takes a while, and crystal countdown 60% of each level if you can..
