Not really worth it imo, bleed is not worth the AR loss. only thing bleed in dk2 is good for is killing vendrick w/o any giant souls.

Depends on your stats, really. But since it is a DEX weapon I would recommend sharp infusion and leveling up DEX. It depends on your stats. If you have high Dex you should infuse it with a sharp gem, if you have high strength maybe you should be looking to use a different weapon as it wouldn't scale very well with strength.

Uchigatana's description even says it. That is what makes them a bit impractical for PvE. It does scale almost entirely with dex so from an efficiency stand point it may not be the best for you. Main reason is that at 14str/40dex the Uchigatana has 420 attack rating and the Balder Side Sword has 379.
