Not sure if this is the correct thread. I am having similar issues (without codes) and afraid that I need to do the Solenoid replacement and VB repair kit. Hard 1-2 and 2-3 shift. Especially bad in sport mode. Also, after driving for 5-10 minutes, if I put in gear selector in reverse I get a very hard engage and lurch.
